Here is a list of all possible creatures that you can take the form of and whether or not they are banned:

Not Banned:
Unicorn
Pegasus
Earth Pony

Temporarily Banned:
Buffalo
Cattle
Donkey
Goat
Sheep

Banned/ Event:
Deer
Zebra
Bat Ponies
Merponies
